Walk & Talk
If you like the idea of having your counselling session in a park, Walk & Talk sessions might work for you.
Walk & Talk combines the benefits of exercise, connecting with nature and counselling. The pace and movement of walking - or simply sitting on a bench in a natural space can help you relax, open up and process your difficult feelings and emotions. It is also sometimes felt to be less intimidating than a face to face session and allows for a more natural flow of thoughts and feelings.
My sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place in the beautiful natural spaces in and around Kingston-upon-Thames. Please get in touch for more details!
