Counselling for adults of all ages in Surbiton & East Molesey
About me

I have always been very interested in people's stories. Before training to be a therapist, I worked as a lawyer, supporting both corporate and individual clients with a variety of issues. Being able to listen attentively was a key part of what I did.
I firmly believe that it is through sharing those stories and being able to explore what lies beneath what we show to the world, that we can grow and move forward.
I work with a wide range of issues, such as bereavement and loss, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem and the challenges of parenting etc. My client base is international and multicultural and I love working with clients from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds.
My training is integrative / relational. An integrative approach refers to my ability to draw from a variety of theories and ideas to support my therapeutic interventions, depending on what your situation or needs might be. Working relationally means that I believe in the power of a good and safe therapeutic relationship to create change and growth.
Feel free to get in touch and we can figure out whether we would be suited to work together.
